we need to stop using short term statistics in isolation [perhaps less than two weeks ]
we need to average out to get a true average after all a shortage here or a mistake there could mean no deaths or five times the deaths are recorded
you need everybody to be fully focused on whats important and iff saving lives and leaving the statistics compilation to another day guess what admin can sort that out
off course this will skew the figures but thats how it works

Much of what passes for education these days is state indoctrination.

Applies in other areas too. "Diversity will enrich you" = we're going to flood your country with immigrants whether you like it or not. "Go carbon Neutral" = get used to not being able to have a car soon, but we might let you have an electric scooter.
