scrappage causes LUL?

Hello All,

Does anyone here actually know anyone who has received a voucher yet from the scrapage scheme (I know its only 12 days after launch)

We have been really busy upuntil the scheme was announced (early) on TV now ITS DEAD. Quotes coming through but not turning to sales since begining of Jan & no potential clients who have applied have received vouchers yet (6 in total)

Only set up on my own last Jan so this might be the norm after Christmas?

They are only taking days to come through if done online so should not be affecting work that much

it is always quiet through jan and july in my experience the voucher scam is just another nail in the coffin. the only people trying to get them are cheapskates in my opinion.
they want a new boiler if its free or close. if they actually had to pay for it properly they wouldn't bother!
just had my 1st full install (combi & 5 rads) for this year confirmed for next week.
done 1 boiler (labour only) so far this year.
