only thing with any scrap valve is the immersion cylinder.
but people do sell 30 yr old rads etc on ebay and believe it or not people buy them.

hot water cylinder should fetch £40+ depending on size and generosity of the scrap dealer. The rest of it aint worth a great deal. Personally just leave it out on the street and it dissapears in a few hours, but depends on your area. I take it your installer isn't expecting the scrap?
