Wonder what the LW Loonies will make of this, their hero Starmer is looking at scrapping human rights with regards ilegal immigrants. Funny I have been saying this for years. Hopefully people will now feel it easier to speak up against them without being labelled a racist. I wouldn't give ilegals the time of day let alone welcome them and extend any human rights towards them. Another example of Starmer copying Farage.

Racists will still be racists (and called out as such) whether they restrict the HR of immigrants or not.
Agreed, but this will stop normal people been labelled a racist for speaking up against ilegal immigrants.

It is one that people want shut of, it isn't the only problem.
People only care about it because Farage has made it a political issue for political benefit.

It is an issue that affects very very few people and getting rid of them would make no difference to 99% of peoples lives.

Farage doesn’t give a rats arze about illegal migrants, it doesn’t affect him, he just wants to win power so he can slash taxes for his mates and make this country worse for ordinary citizens.

You’ve been conned

Smash the gangs.
Oh actually Farage does care about foreigners, he enjoys being a vindictive spiteful bully screaming racial insults at them.

The real Nigel Farage is the man who sings Hitler songs and says to Jews Hitler was right.

Fillyboy likes Jew hater Farage

Fillyboy is drawn to bullying, spiteful people like Trump and Farage …what does that say about Fillys character

So Sir Keir wants to do what the far right call for to stop the far right getting what they want.

EEjit.

No I think it is the correct thing to do

If the ECHR is amended and the UK stay in, they is better than leaving it alone and risking the likes of Farage taking us out completely.

The UK desperately needs international human rights protections to protect us from future governments like a Reform party regime.

the UK needs to address the approach it is taking in regard to Asylum Seeker processing, we need to make sure there is a fair system that does not allow asylum using religion or homosexuality to be a justified reason -especially as currently the word of the asylum seeker has to be believed.

What we are currently doing is rewarding those that play the system and failing the system for those who really are escaping danger from bad regime.

The idiots that support Farage dont understand he would take away the rights of British citizens as well as foreigners.

Anybody on here with a partner that has leave to remain status and not citizenship should be very worried about the risk of a Reform government -Trump supporters have seen their wives / husbands deported.

dont be a Christmas Turkey people

The Human Rights Act was bad Labour Law, the ECHR needs modernising but that is less of an issue.
