I have a customer with a SDSL connection & periodically the router will show that it has lost sync, even though there is still a connection & internet access. That said I cannot get a connection to hold over approx 100 hours which is awful considering they are paying hundreds of pounds a month for this connection.
Could anyone suggest whether this is likely to be a router, line or other problem, because as usual the ISP are reluctant to do anything.
