Sealing a shower screen

Hello

Enclosed is my new bath area ready to be tiled. In the diagram showing the installation of the screen it shows a pic of sealing the metal bracket on the outside.

I would prefer to seal inside the shower. Any idea what i should do.

I was thinking about running a bead of clear silicon down the bracket and the current cement board and then fix my tiles in place. I could then run another bead of coloured silicon seal to seal the tile and the metal bracket. Would this be ok ?

You are meant to tile the wall then fit the shower screen, what would you do if you need to change the screen in 5 years time? Re-tile the bathroom?

Ok, i can easily change this no problem. That will make life easier.

Will it stil be ok to seal from inside rather than on the outside?
