Sealing old soil outlet

Hi guys

I am removing an old toilet from a outside wc, the floor will evenually be concreted over, what is the best way to seal the soil outlet, which runs straight into the floor from the toilet.

The concrete will

A temporary fix, you could use old cloths and plastic sheeting.

U could hire kango, dig up floor, cut soil pipe below ground level , enough to fit adapter and a blank. OR- stuff builders bag in hole and top it off with a bit of sand&cement. THE CHOICE IS ALL YOURS.

or failing that expanding foam but block it with something first that stuff dont take prisoners

If the pan is taken out carefully and you are left with a clay socket, you could cut a ceramic or slate tile to fit and motar over that.

but there again you could just use a builders bag.
