I may have over 50 years as a tradesman, but dementure can mean I can still do a rotten job. We are all human, I would hope if working for a large firm colleagues would raise concerns, but we can all make errors.
The court case the electrician admitted he did a poor job, had he not admitted it, likely there would have been a diffrent result, as the inspector had no contract with the buyer.
