If the rail is filled with water, then yes, it's a good idea. Don't pay extra for special inhibitor though. Buy ordinary ch inhibitor, and add it to the water in the rail. The problem isn't non-existant, ie. internal corrosion, it's just the need for a special and no doubt over-priced special solution that's suspect,
The water/inhibitor mixture should only be 90% of the capacity of the rail. Leave a 10% air gap to allow for expansion.
