After all this it's quite likely the owner will have to shut down his shop to avoid any further aggro from rent-a-mob and the harpies. No matter if his reputation is ruined because he tried to stop a woman taking items from the shelf with no intention of paying for them. She has rights, y'know.

Do we actually know enough of the story to say the shopkeepers reputation has been ruined? If it is/was, who ruined it, the shopkeeper or the woman?

Was she shoplifting? Was he denying her a refund illegaly? Do we know anything definitive?
