How do you prove a negative? Shelves full of stock, I could go in and take lots of photos of full shelves, but what would that prove - there could still be an empty ones which I deliberately chose to ignore. If you want to prove there are empty shelves, you should offer photos of those.

Shelves in supermarkets are no proof whatsoever
Its just a dishonest false argument used by Mottie.

Brexit has massively increased trade barriers with our biggest trade partner
Brexit has made journeys times much longer and more delays
Brexit has led to shortages of workers picking fruit n veg

All of that has a negative impact on supermarkets: stock levels, price, availability.
The data provided by the food and drinks sector, supply chain management proves it, whilst supermarket shelves do not.

Harry as you used to be an electrical engineer, you have the capacity for critical thinking, so you understand, even if you don’t want to.

Empty shelves in the supermarket are the incontrovertible, ultimate, end user proof of shortages. The buck stops there. Any problems in the chain will show up at the supermarket shelf. Accept it and accept that you lied about shortages in your supermarket of any kind, let alone Brexit.
