Thats not really cheese on toast though is it.

More a cheese and ham toastie type thing.

There's a name for that! A cheese melt!

You lot never heard of a toastie maker? butter 2 slices of bread on both sides (i know, calories), lay one on the base hotplate, put too much grated cheese on it, loads of onions (nice kick), some tommy slices and some ham, then lay the other slice on top and close the lid. Leave 5-10 mins and a perfectly sealed cheese toastie will emerge!

And then burn your effing mouth on the moltan cheese inside it.

Unless of course you leave it to cool down for an week

It's key.... not too much though... oh and grill is better as it allows the cheese to bubble
