Should I call an electrician?

ok wires are as follows

from the ceiling there is one cable with one set of red, black and green cables. These then connect to the connection point inside the rose (as per your diagram) where 4 brown, 4 green and 4 blue wires come out feeding each of the 4 lights.

I'm not getting any Voltage coming up on my multimeter.

Seems like there must be a junction box as this light does not feed onto another wire/set of lights that I can see.

Any ideas?

It is most likely there will be a JB in the roofspace which will need accessed in order to check it out, not a job for 1am!!!
Best advice, put light fitting back up for now but leave circuit breaker switched off for now.

just done that...problem is there is no way into the ceiling without it being cut/ripped down - cost me a load to get it replastered!!!

This is becoming a nightmare - thanks for your help...I'll call someone next week.
