Should I remove old 10mm pipes?

I removed/moved a couple of radiators after taking down a partition wall. I'm now left with 2 10mm pipes running up the wall into the ceiling void. Both disconnected at both ends.

Are they ok being left where they are? I can take them out if necessary as I'm getting the wall they're behind reskimmed so I could cut out down the length of the plasterboard, it's just another job that I'll have to make good so would rather not if I don't have to.
