Im looking to renovate my bathroom by installing a quadrant shower enclosure in an unused corner of my room.... don't know why one was never installed to be honest. Plumber friend says the same and its an easy job...

I have another post on hear about using showerwall boards instead of tiling, but have also seen on the TV shower pod... which don't require tiling as its a unit... are these any good??

any one have any experience???

We've had a shower pod with an electric shower and a shower mixer/pumped with the panels instead of tiles . The pod was OK but seemed a bit flimsy . The panels need a SQUARE and TRUE walls/floor to work . I ended up having a joiner friend lift the floor and pack the walls behind the panels . I`m a retired plumber and I would NOT undertake a shower for a customer like that ;) . If you have time/patience it`s within the scope of confident DIY'er
