I am planning for a specific project that will involve converting a 40' shipping container into an office.

As part of this project, I want to remove the doors at the front of the container and fit sliding doors - similar to the patio stlye sliding doors.

I would be interested any comments people could suggest as regards potential problems with such an installation.

The dimensions would be 2.36mx2.38m. Am i right in assuming that its relatively easy to get custom sized doors?

What sort of rough costing could I allow for this item?

I need to insure that its possible to get furniture in and out. Would this be possible given the dimensions and a sliding door system?

Any other comments with regard to the feasibility of this plan would be welcome.

Make sure you have ventilation with air-vent inside the container.

Depending on quality and security.
