It depends on the manufacturer, I'm sure the Denmans Designa usb sockets will just fit a 25mm box, with MK you have no chance.
BG's USB sockets fit into a 25mm but Echo is right, MK need a 35mm flush KO or for some reason, a 47mm surface patress (heat maybe) but it does give you a nice shelf to charge your phone on!

...!I used to do a lot of work in the Manchester area and found many 197/80's installs with Ashley sockets and 16mm boxes!
Don't know HTH they got them in, cos after removing them, there was no way it was going back....
