I think this elbow connected to the upstairs toilet is leaking

The elbow and the soil pipe were all dirty and I could see water in several places but I couldn’t see where it was coming from; after cleaning everything, I managed to identify the source in the circled area (where the two sections making up the elbow meet). After cleaning it the leak seems to have become less serious, maybe because I’ve filled the pinhole with all the sludge

How can I seal it? Access to replace the part is complicated as I would need to lift the floor upstairs

LSX reinforced with a bit of cloth (like when you use fibreglass) should do it.

Wet grab adhesive, little piece of plastic and super glue as long as it's dry ... lots of things should do it.
