I am about to lay a solid wood floor over a concrete base, i will be using a dpm and underlay boards.

I plan to hide the expansion gap by removing and replacing the skirting board around most of the room but one wall is exposed and uneven stone. How can i hide the expansion gap along the stone wall as fitting skirting board or beading will be very difficult due to the uneven surface of the wall?
