Methylated Spirit on a dry Jay cloth will remove the Oily residue caused byt a diesel spill, simply remember to use hot soapy water to wash the area after to remove the residue created by the reaction of the compounds and to prevent the MS from damaging your paint by being absorbed.

DON'T RUB TOO HARD OR PAINT WILL BE REMOVED.

You can, but steering is a bitch as the front wheels have no grip on the oil, I'd suggest avoiding the spill!!
