I'm looking at replacing this old PIR which is at the top of the stairs, and has a downwards facing sensor. Can someone suggest a good replacement. (And yes the dodgy wiring will be sorted and I will screw it to the wall, rather than use double sided tape as the original installer did.)

No idea what sensor t is, doesn't look to be many cores going to it. what panel is it connected to? and homw many cores do you have there.
Old aritech by the looks of it ….Bosch blueline would be decent replacement …
