I don't collect many stamps, only the ones that haven't been stamped.

I'm taking that they don't stamp stamps no more and it's a bar code that is caned that shows they have been used.

Am I correct?

noun: bar code
  1. a machine-readable code in the form of numbers and a pattern of parallel lines of varying widths, printed on a commodity and used especially for stock control.

2. Also a term used by the Post Office, for a rectangle on the right hand side of a postage stamp, containing a pattern of random squiggles.
