after a power cut the other day the alarm sounded for some time from the battery backup. Since the power was restored the keypad is not responding, it has a number of black squares then "1.1" showing on it. I took a look in the alarm bos to check for blown fuses but they are al intact. I have disconnected the LCD display and reconnected power, then the squares appear 1 then 2 then 3 then 4 then 5...6..7 then go again and repeat this and stay at 7 squares and 1.1. It's almost like it's loading or booting but doesn't finish? If you press any button on the keypad it beeps once but then doesn't respond again.

Any ideas what I can do? I have taken the battery out which is a sealed lead acid 12v, it measures 10.67V but when connected to a charger it claims to be fully charged. If I set the alarm off with the battery in place and power disconnected it still sounds from the battery.

Any help is appreciated.
