Storm sealant or mortar

See this tiny crack between the patio surface and the UPVC sill? Waters been getting in and is now under the floor. What’s best to seal it, one of the many many ‘storm’ sealants in a gun or by wedging mortar down the crack?

Water is not getting in via that crack, it's getting in via the paving generally.

Even if it was a porcelain patio, well sealed, the splashes would cause water to get in, it seems to me.
