Suella Braverman defects to Reform UK

My local Reform candidate is brilliant, I love him to bits. A self made builder / property developer with 20+ blokes but still very much hands on the tools. He ain't no racist but he is very eloquent in how he can put into words what most people think about this world we live in today. He lost the last election to a communist WEF'r by a very narrow margin & I reckon he'll crack it next time. But I simply cannot bring myself to vote for anything that involves Farage.
Go for it, give him your vote. You are voting for your MP, not a president. Vote on policies, not personalities.

Reform lol - it's a bit like watching a road sweeper cleaning out the gutters or a bin truck collecting the rubbish. The discarded Tory flotsam under one roof. All they need now is rename Reform 'refuse sack'.
You do know that "Tory" isn't an insult outside of your blinkered world?

The Tories are the most successful party in UK history. They were always the sensible lot who picked up the pieces after Labour had made a mess for one term before getting booted out.

So who do you think are now the most successful party in U.K. history, and why?
For me? The Blair years were the most fruitful. Conversely the end of the Tories and the beginning of Starmer have been the toughest.

Why do you ask? What has that got to do with my 'past tense' statement in reference to ivors' 'sensible lot' blarney?

Past tense.
Correct. So do you think there was one specific day on which every single member of the party somehow got infected with Boris-itis and became useless, reckless morons?

Or is it possible that what was the most successful party ever in history still contained some decent, responsible people who could be useful in a new movement?

I'd hope there are also some sensible people within Labour. But you never hear from them, presumably they're too busy shaking their heads and sighing at what's been going on.

The Blair years were the most fruitful.
Certainly were for that good o' socialist Tony Blair and his family. They all came out of it rather well, wouldn’t you say? Nice work if you can get it.

I'm not the joining of a political party type person & never will be. All of your sensible members of whatever political party you subscribe to allowed their party to become infected & overrun by those who perhaps hold ulterior motives to the central & core belief of that party & for that reason alone I can never have any respect for them.

I'm not specifically commenting on the accuracy of that particular article, but in general if that site employs journalists who can't even spell, it does make one wonder what else they can't do properly.

Well if you don’t believe that article, how about you put up a link to whatever you think that good ol' socialist family are worth? No? Didn’t think so…
