In progress of building a summer house and noticed a small crack in the notched beam going across the centre of the room, which supports the other beams going front to back.

The crack goes on about 50cm but is not straight and has gaps too so is not continuous. It is not on the other side.

Is this something to be concerned about or is it a watch and see if they get bigger scenario?

A big notch so only part of the beam is carrying the load. A beam that big should have been sitting on the adjacent blockwork or on a joist hanger off it. What does it support and how is it supported at the other end?

It is the same at the other end.

It supports the flat roof, approx 5x5m.

i would get somthing like 2x2 right against the wall to transfer the load to the floor till you work it out
is the roof fully loaded up yet??

That's now performing as a 3" beam not a 6 or 7" beam and it will likely split further and then drop.

Fit a hanger, or a couple of splice plates to the left of the rafter, or glue and screw some ply.
