Hi Guys, I'm a newbie here and was looking for some advice pleeeease.
I have what I believe to be a supporting wall on my 2nd bedroom at the base we have drilled through for 2x 22mm heating pipes and about 2 bricks have just fallen out.
The rest of the wall is in a bad state of repair and there looks like what can only be described as a crease in the wall (been there since we purchased the property).
My questions
1, Can I remove the wall and replace with Breeze block or todays equivalent (obviously supporting the ceiling whilst doing it)
2, Can I replace it using a 4x2 wooden structure and plasterboard
3, Do I need planning permission.
Many thanks in advance
Keith
