Swap Oven Socket

Hi,

I hope some can help me if my issues.

I got a 50yrs old oven socket and would like to swap it. As show on the pictures you might be able to see the cable. I would like to know can I swap it with

And how about the socket internet box can I use any 2gang or should look for one with earth thingy?

You need to replace that whitecable, it's rubber & is breaking down as can be seen by the breaks in it!

you will need to remove the screws from the new one (leaver the washers off) and make use of the origional screws. (different size)
