 Can anybody help. I have just installed a Sunvic 207XL in place of a danfoss MP15 programmer, they were both set to 24hrs, wiring on back plate is N(neutral) L(live) 1(DHW off) 2(not connected) 3(DHW on) 4(HTG on), this all worked fine for 2 days and then the Sunvic started to "click" and not turn on the hot water, the LED on the hot water side is now very dim when it is put on but still doesn't turn anything on. If the heating is turned on then this works fine and the LED on the heating side is fully bright. To check out the system i have put the old Danfoss programmer back on and it works fine. I then tried the Sunvic programer in a different central heating system which has that same model of programmer installed and it doe's the same (wont turn on hot water and LED is very dim)
Has anybody any suggestions ?

Is the switch on the back of the Sunvic set to G(ravity) or P(umped) as appropriate? The Danfoss has a similar switch, so you can check the correct setting.

Hi

Thanks for the replies, it appears that the unit was defective so I have got a replacement from B&Q and all is now well. :D
