Hi I have a Erbauer ERB ts10 table saw has worked great but cut out the other day and will not start. It has a safety cut out and pushing this it does not feel it's re setting ( I mean 1 it does not re set, 2 I was getting more resistance when pushing the button before ). My question as I have already blown out the switch to get rid of any saw dust is how to test the cut out switch. I have looked for spare parts and they don't seem to be available.

sorry should have said have tried a different socket also tested the fuse already.

Any help appreciated.

just a though

when it stopped
was it under a heavy load
was it acting normally
does it have a thermal/overload cut out

thanks for the reply in answer to your questions.

No not under a heavy load
yes was acting normally before that.
yes it has a cut out switch.

I have just removed the switch to see if I can order a replacement as I believe it's that but wondered if I can test some how any ideas.

Hi sorry just have not had a chance to reply, i went onto Ebay and found the same thermal trip switch/ cut out and bought that a quick replace job and all is now back up and running. Thanks for all the advice.
