anyone got a diagram of how to test a ring main install?-i.e continuity of conductors,earth loop impedance etc cheers

Im a newbie just trying to get some idea of what tests are done on an installation so I can understand it-i.e a diagram of where the meter is placed in the circuit on each test so I can get an idea cheers

Get yourself a copy of the IEE Guidance Note 3, it will show you more than we could describe/link to......
