Testing MICC cable

Can anyone tell me how to test MICC cable, should I treat it like PVC or should I test in another manner as its encased in coper tube, Im thinking parallel paths etc.
 
what are you wanting to test it for?

Are you testing a new installatoin or an existing installation?
 
Sorry for the late reply RF but its not important now, I think its only an issue when its uninsulated. GN3 does my head in at times!
