Hey folks, sorry to bother with what might just be me being silly but...
I’m setting up a Texecom Premier Elite alarm and I’m having trouble getting the Texecom Connect app working.
My setup:
I’m setting up a Texecom Premier Elite alarm and I’m having trouble getting the Texecom Connect app working.
My setup:
- Texecom Premier Elite panel
- Texecom WiFi/Ethernet communicator (Wired via Ethernet to my router, as I think to understand, using Wifi would be redundant right?)
- My router can see the module as TEXE_HUB on 192.168.1.92
- I was able to add the panel in the Texecom app successfully, it gave me a 6 digit code,...
- As soon as I get to connection page (where it only asks for a PIN to login)
- It says something like: “You seem to be offline. Please check your internet connection and try again.”
- My phone definitely has internet
- My home internet is working fine
- Since the router sees the communicator and gives it an IP, it looks like the module is on the LAN, but it still does not seem to communicate properly with Texecom Connect... as the communication LED on the module is working, that surprises me, but, I must say that only LED 1 and 2 are steady, the two others are off (for Wifi, I get why, but why power?)
