Hey folks, sorry to bother with what might just be me being silly but...

I’m setting up a Texecom Premier Elite alarm and I’m having trouble getting the Texecom Connect app working.

My setup:

  • Texecom Premier Elite panel
  • Texecom WiFi/Ethernet communicator (Wired via Ethernet to my router, as I think to understand, using Wifi would be redundant right?)
  • My router can see the module as TEXE_HUB on 192.168.1.92
  • I was able to add the panel in the Texecom app successfully, it gave me a 6 digit code,...
BUT!
  • As soon as I get to connection page (where it only asks for a PIN to login)
  • It says something like: “You seem to be offline. Please check your internet connection and try again.”
  • My phone definitely has internet
  • My home internet is working fine
  • Since the router sees the communicator and gives it an IP, it looks like the module is on the LAN, but it still does not seem to communicate properly with Texecom Connect... as the communication LED on the module is working, that surprises me, but, I must say that only LED 1 and 2 are steady, the two others are off (for Wifi, I get why, but why power?)
I've been struggling with it for hours, so, any advice will be more than welcome, thanks in advance for your time!!!

Hey! Thanks for your answer, so as I was saying, I could generate from the keyboard a 6 digits code, which seems to work in the app but after "registering it", I'm on a login page asking for a pin that never works (despite trying all my pins, creating a new user with different pin, etc etc)

The "site" I created is never added to my https://cloud.texe.com/texecom-panels/index.html page tho... So I guess the answer is NO, I didn't register it on the cloud. As I can't get past that first step...

you need a login for the cloud and then you can register the panel in the cloud.

you need engineers code and a app code less than 60 minutes old

Oh! So that's where the issue comes from then, I can't succeed finding that...

On the Youtube tutorials, menu has "Panels" on m yend I can only see sites which seems to have way more settings related to contracts etc (?)

I guess the problem really comes 100 percent from me... I'm sorry for the trouble but if I could ask you for one more advice finding it, I'd be very grateful!

UPDATE: I just succeded! I'm sorry, I kept adding Cloud option by mistake and thought those filled different purposes.
Thank you very much for your kind advice!!!
