the wires to the dt suggest its wired double pole?
however with selectable resistors often have 0 ohms setting so you can use your own resistors, or you have to remove the jumpers to make it work double pole. depends on the model of the DT.

Could be misleading from wintex ( showing tamper) if you haven't linked out the zones in the panel, also chime may not be on ! If you turn on quick arm , in keypads you can just press chime button to toggle chime on/ off

agreed could be misleading as it relates to a panel zone, i usually avoid mapping to the panel zones if I can, makes life easier long term I think.

if you cant find a model number just take a picture of the unit but lets see it all in the picture.

ok, panel is a 2012 will have got PIRs etc that time too. According to the manual in the box for PIR JP3 remove jumpers for EOL... However Ive just removed them and no difference.

Ive turned chime on on both Keypads.

:( the system wont let me arm it, just a single beep.

Yes it may be just, hopefully we will soon get to the bottom of things!

I really appreciate all the help

okay so all the jumpers removed means its on double pole if I recall correctly.

what zone is it mapped to, again, go into zone setup via the keypad and check against the zone number, does it say ?

Right put lid on dt , link out the zones in the panel , go to engineering , eng utils, zone status , scroll down to view all zone status
