Texecom Prem Elite 24 can't silence part arm

Hi there,

Hi, I know there was an old thread on this, but I am struggling to silent part arm my system.

I work nights on call and would like to be able to turn part arm on and off without waking my family.
I have a Premier Elite 24 with 2 expanders.
I have enabled silent part arm, turned off part arm squawk, disabled service tones.... Etc. I still get that tritone from the controller (not keypad) on setting part arm from the app.

Any help much appreciated.

what version panel (menu 4 gives type and version)

turned off at panel and keypad?
