I have an Elite 32 system fitted with a Smartcom that connects via wifi. The system is working perfectly. I can connect via Wintex using Smartcom and I get arming and disarming notifications on the Texecom app. Until recently I could also enter my alarm code and get access to the system. Now everytime I try and log on i get the message "Error you seem to be offline. Please check your internet connection and try again". The Smartcom is at the latest firmware (04.06.01). The first 2 lights are solid blue. Can anyone offer any advice on what may be wrong please? Thanks Nigel

Can you generate an app code!

Rebooting from the cloud would only work if the smart com is connected to the cloud.

What are the smart com leds doing ?

What version is the alarm panel
Menu 4 on keypad

Hi

So i discovered when i press the site selector button - there are no sites, so somehow the site I had previously set up has gone.

I tried generating an app code through Wintex - the code generates but is not accepted by the app.
Smartcom is connected to the cloud - I was able to uipgrade to latest Smartcom firmware with no problems.
Smart leds: first 2 are sold blue
The Elite 48 alarm panel is at version V6.02.00 LS1

okay sounds like in the cloud you need to check the email address assigned to the app.

Guessing that’s missing.

Then when you log in you should be able to see the site.

Hi - thanks for that - i had used a different e-mail address and when i put the correct one in it all works.

I appreciate your help
