Instead of the usual TWO lanes held up by HGVs all going at the same speed, now we have THREE lanes held up by HGVs all going at the same speed.

I seem to remember a 4th lane being built on the M4 and then reserved for buses only. FFS a bus lane on a motorway.

It worse than that, they painted over the third lane, so it ended up being two lanes for normal traffic, creating an even bigger jam.
