Well joe I agree that violence is bad but it seems to be a human condition and if it can be channeled into something positive like sport or the services all well and good but violence isn't always a physical thing I mean exposing yourself to the young girl next door could be considered an act of violence after all she was intimated so what can we find to channel that sort of violence into? thats abit more difficult isn't it? and it is a well known cause of heart attack.

By the way, which style is that? Not in Shotokan, Seidokan, Wu Shu Kwan, Muay Thai, Wing Chun, Aikido or any other that I'm familiar with to my knowledge. Maybe it's some secret teaching only bestowed on the chosen few....is that the case Joe? I know, is it angry bull style ?
