It's all 'off shore'. Amazon, like any other mega-corp' is based (for tax domain purposes) somewhere in the ocean.It's all far too complex for me. Isn't most of the profit booked in other countries somehow. I remember one of these American mega corps once made an "offer" to pay a small amount of tax.

That would be net profit based on total U.K. sales 27bn using net margin at the corporate published rate. 10.85%.I have been reading that profits should be about £2.5 billion based on turnover. But it seems impossible to get the actual figures.
