Tiling and shower

I'm going to tile my bathroom. Have read the sticky etc, and I intend putting WBP ply on the floor first. Should I put the ply under the shower, do I tile under the shower, or just lay both up to it? Its an awkward shape because its quadrant. I'm thinking though that because its a stone shower tray, it would be too heavy to lay on top of the tiles?

Any advice gratefully received!

There's no problem with the weight so long as you put the tiles down properly.
Either way is fine - just depends which you are most likely to change first in the future? Tiles or tray?
