Hi. I will be tiling my bathroom soon.

I've used hardibacker to replace on a section that has plasterboard dot n dabbed to the brick wall. The other walls are plastered block work. The plaster seems to be solid.

Do I need to score the plaster or straight to prime before tiling?

OP,
If the surfaces are consistent planes, and sound then dont do anything else - just tile away.

Personally I would prime before I tile, but that is a personal preference as I know some people who tile straight to plaster before they tile.
