We are just finishing a 144m2 new build bungalow which has a 600mm high cavity wall below 175mm regulised studwork. Can not send you drawing for two reasons, we built it under contract at a price, and do not have copyright, nor are we clever enough to know how to post it on forum. How ever if you would like a specification both for brick and block, how to secure plate down to foundation concrete, and details of studwork and insulation etc, then will be only to pleased to sort you out.
