I have a timber framed garage/shed that is in of replacing. I'd prefer to block/brick between the posts and render it so that it matches my house but I think I'll be pushing my luck as the strip of land it's on was purchased on the cheap from a farmer who said I wasn't aloud to build on it but said he was ok with a timber framed shed/garage.
Anyway, has anyone come across a type of sheeting that you would attach to the wooden posts and it look like a rendered walling? Maybe in plastic sheeting. I've had a quick google and I cannot seem to find anything. Failing that i guess I'll just have to re-clad it with featherboard or upgrade to the Cedar cladding I am willing to spend a bit more.
