The method of earthing would have been an essential part of the design that you would have prepared before the installation of your new CU. So why are you asking now ?

I said you cannot use a TNC-S supply for a temporary supply, but this is NOT a TNC-S (yes John W2 you're correct) supply and CAN be used for a temporary supply.
Obviously if you do not know what supply type it is you should follow advice and pay someone who is competent to sort it out.
