I was wondering where Tommy got his figures. This might be the original source. I've quoted a couple of bits to add some context:

Actually, TR has more likely got his figures from this article in the Mail. This one reports eighteen rape charges, as stated in the video. But the Mail say they have only actually analysed one third of the hotels. So, it sounds logical that there have been more charges not covered by the Mail's analysis:
