Most countries, including UK, would not accept a deported destitute person.
If UK wants to deport failed asylum seekers or foreign criminals it must meet the requirements of the destination country.

A destitute person deported from another country cannot simply be "accepted" by the UK and does not have an automatic right to enter. Admission depends on their nationality and specific circumstances, with special rules applying to British citizens and individuals with established rights in the UK. Most foreign nationals would need to meet the standard requirements for UK entry, which a destitute person, by definition, cannot.
