Todays prisoners

it's the severity of the reaction to the action, stealing doesnt deserve GBH in return, she should have either tried to grab the phone back or if frightened to do so called for help, though in this case it doesnt look like she was scared but she shouldnt take the law into her own hands.

I don't suppose that, when you're being robbed, the first thought to enter your head is what action constitutes "reasonable" force. Examining someone's split second reaction in the cold light of day in a court room will always make it seem worse than it was. As Lee Clegg found out.

She tried to nob her phone, she got a punch in the face in response: if she didn't want to get hit/kicked/punched, then she shouldn't have tried to nob it. Seems fair enough to me.

How come Two Jags didn't get done then, for the infamous "egg incident"?

It's not a problem, thats how you feel, I just think differently ;)
