My GF came home the other day having done a course on Transactional Analysis.
If you haven't come across it before, it basically divides people into five behavioural "ego" states. There is room for movement between the categories, but one usually tends to dominate at work and in relationships.

My GF and I came out almost identically having done the questionnaire, and, to be honest, exactly what I would have expected.

So I'm wondering where you guys fall?

Do the questionnaire first, but good analysis of the ego states on the second link.

Ha yes, the mrs does this stuff at work when on these leadership courses. They learn all about how other peoples personalities affect they way they work, learns how to make allowance for that in her work relationships, and how to behave towards them. All very professional and she behaves like everybody else is an adult, even if they are really a child.

I only wish it wasn't all forgotten when she gets home

How do you translate your scores in each (P A C) onto the last sheet?

Whatever your final scores are on page 6, you simply plot them onto the chart on page 7 and read across to get your percentile in each (P A C).

You could have a very low or very high score in each one as it just shows where you are in relation to the rest of the population.
