I saw him say this stuff early hours our time. Apparently the Pope is too liberal for Donald's liking.

Then he shares this image on his 'Truth' Social ...

Donald Trump defended a post deleted from his Truth Social platform that depicted him as a Jesus-like figure on Monday following a backlash from some of his most prominent allies on the religious right.

The US president, hours after the image was removed, told reporters he thought the image had portrayed him as a doctor."

Allies?

I don't suppose he's got many of those left.

Perhaps he means his buddy Putin.

I think that the pressures of being president of the US is proving too much for him. It is sad to see the man falling apart like he is. I think he is having a breakdown as this is not normal behavior. He needs to take a break and let JD Vance take over for a while whilst he gets the obvious mental health treatment that he needs.

The angry toddler will turn on Vance soon.

US vice-president JD Vance returned to Washington on Sunday with little to show for his efforts to deliver on some of Donald Trump’s most high stakes and unusual foreign policy gambits.

Vance emerged from 21 hours of talks with Iranian officials to announce that there was no agreement to end the US-Israeli war against Tehran.

His trip to Hungary days earlier to drum up support for Prime Minister Viktor Orbán proved fruitless too. The longtime populist leader and Trump ally was resoundingly defeated in parliamentary elections.

The twin failures were major setbacks for the vice-president, widely seen as Trump’s heir apparent, who was dispatched around the globe in recent days on missions where the odds were stacked against him.

Meanwhile, Vance, a convert to Catholicism, watched his boss over the weekend dig deeper into a spat with Pope Leo and attend a UFC fight with Marco Rubio, secretary of state and a rival to take the Maga mantle.

“We certainly knew there was a very good chance that Viktor would lose that election,” Vance said in an appearance on Fox News on Monday."

There was no 'negotiation' - Vance went to I.bad with a list of demands.

That meme was just a playful morsel for his evangelical base to lap up but the majority of U.S. Catholic voters [who] supported Donald Trump in his 2024 presidential victory aren't happy about such casual blasphemy.

Trump is taking the ****.
He doesn't believe he is Jesus, he is laughing at him.
The Christian fundamentalists probably take it seriously.
Trumps Maga base love it, this explains Trumps infantile rhetoric and contradictory statements, his offensive tweets about obliterating Iran are treats for his moronic base, they cant get enough of it.
It is only when they feel the same pain that Trump is inflicting on others will they wise up.

And what were the Iranian demands:

Reparations for the costs of the war.
Maintaining their terrorist proxy groups going forward (and by default owning Lebanon)
Removal of US bases throughout the middle east.
Guarantees that they will never again be attacked by Israel or the US.
Full control of the Hormuz Strait going forward.
Full freedom to develop nuclear weapons.

It looks like Iran has over played their hand.

The currently still manage to pay IRGC troops but for how long?, a lot of their money is tied up in the Emirati banking system, if the Emirates choose to freeze their assets that will change rapidly.
Their most destructive weapons are spent, there's not much left in the magazine and the ability to manufacture replacements has gone. China may be able to top up their weapons arsenal, I doubt they'd dare whilst Trump has control of the Strait.

It's just a waiting game for a week or so now but Iran have no cards left to play, or none that I can see.

Maybe the Pope will intervene.
